First Night on the Scene…… You Decide……

Lou’s 16 years old, and has known she’s into girls for years, but has only recently started to get her head around the idea. She’s been along to a gay youthgroup a couple of times, and now wants to try out a bar in Soho. As with anything in life, there are a number of decisions she’s gonna face on her first night out there, but she’s not now alone, as she’s got you to guide her.

What do you think Lou should do?

1) Aghhhh…… first night out on the scene ever, and what should a girl wear?
Lou’s got a fantastic pair of jeans and her fave tshirt, but is worried that it just doesn’t look gay enough! She’s had five outfit changes now, and is getting really stressed. She tried on a skinny vest, but didn’t feel comfortable, and what about her hair? Its shoulder length, will she get hassle in a bar ‘cause she doesn’t have spiky short hair?.

2) A cute stranger…
Lou’s only been here 10 mins and a cute girl is offering to buy her a drink! She can’t believe her luck. The girl seems established, so it’ll mean she doesn’t have to deal with the stroppy bar-staff to get served again. In a straight venue she’d be wary of drink spiking, but that’s not the case here, right?

3) Drugs dilemma
Lou’s now queuing for the toilet, its busy, and a really fit girl in front of her starts chatting to her. When its her turn, the girl asks Lou to go into a cubicle, and offers her a dab of powder, a ‘little pick you up’ she calls it.
